2025/2026 ADMISSIONS

A. To assess your admission letter

1. Use the two numbers to log on to: https://admission.ebitsapps.com Print your admission letter and other downloads.

2. Note that the admission fee stated in the letter must be paid in full through the GCB Eagle Pay Fee Collection Platform before the stated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the admission offer. Use your Application Number as your ID number when making payment at the bank.

3. Pay-in-slips must be submitted to the College Accounts Office for an official receipt.

B. To Reset your PIN

(This is for candidates who did not receive their text messages, or who may have mistakenly deleted their messages)

1. Log on to https://admissionsghana.com

• Select Category (College of Education)


• Choose Year (2025)


• Select School admitted to (E. P. College of Education, Bimbilla)


• Enter your Application Number (25*****)

Your Name and Programme will pop up


• Click on Resend Code

• You will be required to provide your personal telephone number (the same number used during the application process)
• A new PIN code will be generated (make sure to write it down)


• Follow the process stated in “A” above to access your admission letter.
