Iddrisu Sampson is an Information Technology professional, educator, and researcher with extensive experience in ICT support, training, and educational technology. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information and Communication Technology from Tamale Technical University, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and is currently pursuing a Master of Technology (MTech) in Information Technology at Tamale Technical University.
He currently serves as the Senior IT Technician and Acting Library Assistant at E.P. College of Education, Bimbilla, and as a Part-Time Facilitator at the University for Development Studies (UDS), Institute for Distance Learning, Bimbilla Centre. Over the years, he has acquired valuable experience in ICT administration, technical support, networking, hardware maintenance, training, and educational services.
Mr. Sampson has also contributed to national electoral activities through various roles with the Electoral Commission of Ghana, including Key Trainer, Data Entry Clerk, and Verification Officer. As a member of the Institute of ICT Professionals Ghana (IIPGH), he remains committed to professional growth and innovation in information technology.
His research interests include information technology, wireless sensor networks, digital library systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Through his professional and academic engagements, he continues to contribute to the advancement of ICT and education in Ghana.
