BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Fuseini Osman is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner with many years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, and educational administration. He currently serves as the Finance Officer of E. P. College of Education, Bimbilla, where he provides strategic financial leadership, treasury management, financial reporting, and policy advisory services. He is also a Part-Time Tutor in Advanced Accounting at the University of Cape Coast. 

Mr. Osman holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast, a BSc in Administration from the University of Ghana, and professional certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). Throughout his career, he has served in various accounting, auditing, and educational roles, demonstrating excellence in financial management, regulatory compliance, and institutional governance. 

He has participated in several professional training programmes and conferences in public financial management, internal auditing, and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). His areas of interest include public sector accounting, taxation, financial management, quality assurance, and organizational development.
